The Syllabus is divided into four distinct , but complementary activities.

•  Standing Grappling and Throws / takedowns

•  Groundfighting

•  Pad Contact Training and ‘ Sparring'

•  Traditional Japanese Ju-Jitsu techniques

All activities are taught on a progressive, modular basis. i.e. Basic fundamentals are taught to all students first .

Additional techniques and training are used to develop each student's abilities, at their own preferred rate of progress, once the basic fundamentals have been understood and successfully executed.

Training in all areas incorporates three basic principles.
